Shipping & Returns:

The following information describes the shipping procedure and policy for any order processed on the TurboSource website. If you have any questions or concerns about our shipping procedure or policy described below please Contact Us before you place and order.

Item Availability & Shipping Process:

IN STOCK orders will be filled and shipped immediately after payment has been verified and approved usually. If you are in a rush it is best to contact us to be sure an item is in stock. We cannot possibly keep the website up to date on availability as there are too many products, and their availability changes every 10 minutes.

  • Expected ship times shown on the Product Detail page specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination.
  • Some products are eligible for customization or upgrades. If these options affect your order’s shipment time we will notify you with a revised ETA (Estimated Time Of Arrival).

Once the order has shipped, an email will be sent to the customer referencing shipping confirmation and package tracking numbers.

  • Depending on the day the order was placed, tracking information may take up to 48 hours or longer to become available on the shippers website.
  • Some orders will include multiple packages and may be shipped from different origins. We will provide you with all information regarding your order.
  • Default shipping is always FEDEX ground. Our website only shows USPS option for international customers, or those items that can fit in a small flat rate box.
  • All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Fedex has package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to TurboSource or the manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 35% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file.

International Shipping:

All orders shipped to destinations outside of the USA will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). The USPS online site calculator is NEVER accurate. Almost always we have to bill you for the additional freight. We try to use the priority flat rate small or medium boxes for most packages. The small flat rate box is $25 us dollars, and the medium $65 us dollars. The shipping speed is usually usps priority as this is the most economical. Generally the speed is 6-10 business days to customs. Customs can and will hang onto the package as long as they want to. This is out of our control.

Military APO / FPO Addresses:

All orders shipped to Military addresses (AA, AE, AP) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Although times may vary, packages can generally be expected within 3-8 business days.

  • Some restrictions apply and packages are not traditionally tracked by USPS once accepted by military shipping service.

The following items cannot be shipped via US Postal Service at this time:

  • Items over 70 lbs.
  • Freight-only items
  • Flammable items

Over-sized/Irregular Items:

Over-sized or Irregular products that cannot be packaged in a traditional box must be shipped separately via Ground Freight. Items requiring pallet or crate construction can take up to 14 business days before leaving the warehouse. Once Over-sized/Irregular shipments depart our warehouse(s), they are generally delivered within 7-14 business days.

Ground Freight cannot be expedited.

  • Ground Freight shipments require additional charges.
  • TurboSource will contact you with any additional charges that may apply to Ground Freight, including estimated delivery time to your specific location before shipment is released.
  • Ground shipments require an authorized individual to accept/ sign all deliveries.
  • Business days are Monday – Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Damaged packages:

In the event you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, you must immediately file a report with the shipping carrier and follow the steps listed below:

  • Do not attempt to return your damaged items to TurboSource. The damaged order must be inspected by a representative from the shipping company who will determine eligibility of replacement or credit.
  • Retain damaged product including its all of its original packaging.
  • Make an itemized list of the damaged or missing items if any.
  • Contact us within five days of receiving your order and include this information as well as the order invoice #.

How to add a secondary shipping address?

As most credit card companies have very strict regulations to prevent fraudulent purchases and identity theft, TurboSource must also abide and enforce these rules to protect ourselves and our customers. At this point we cannot ship orders to addresses that are not registered with the form of payment.

A simple solution to this problem is to call your credit card company (800#) and inform them you wish to add a secondary shipping address onto your account. This process generally takes 5 minutes and then we will be able to ship to any address you have added to your account. This protects you against fraud and helps us process and ship your order in a timely fashion.


Due to the vast variety of options and add-ons, we try to make sure you receive the exact part you need for the job with as little stress as possible. Although some manufactures have extremely strict return criteria (or simply don’t accept returns at all), we have compiled an easy to read list below for your reference. All items must comply with the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Products must be like-new, unused, and uninstalled.
  • Product must include all original packaging and accessories, including retail box, documentation, and all other items originally included with the product.

Other conditions that disqualify items for returns include:

  • Products not purchased from TurboSource.com
  • Products that exhibit physical damage caused by user or shipping.
  • Products that have been modified in any way from original condition.
  • Products that were purchased during a promotion or received special pricing.
  • Hand built or custom items are not returnable or refundable once the order has been placed

All return requests must be made by the original buyer within 14 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping to TurboSource is the responsibility of the customer. Submitted return or exchange requests are accepted at the sole discretion of TurboSource and, if approved, a restocking fee of 35% of the original sale price will be assessed to the value of the product. All credits will be transferred to the original form of payment within 5 business days as TurboSource does not offer cash refunds.

Refused Delivery Shipments:
In the event your package is returned to us because of an a refused delivery, inaccurate supplied delivery address, or a problem with the shipping carrier, we at TurboSource are not responsible for an additional fee incursions, including return delivery fees, etc.
